Had a blast staying here with friends while tackling the Three Peaks challenge! Perfect spot as the walk starts just 5 minutes away. The area is great for exploring and can be reached easily by foot or bike. The rooms were comfy, and after our hikes, all we needed was good food and drinks, which they provided. Friendly staff made it better!
Had a bit of confusion at check-in since they initially couldn’t find our reservation, but thankfully, it was sorted quickly in the end. Just keep a close eye on your bookings.

Great location for hikers but service needs improvement
The location is perfect for those taking on the Yorkshire Three Peaks, being just minutes away from the trailhead. The meals were hearty and well-prepared, providing a satisfying end to our long hikes. the staff interactions were lacking warmth and professionalism.

Great match for short visits in Horton in Ribblesdale with a good price-value balance. Clean room, appreciated the spaciousness. Try to bring your own snacks, as breakfast options were limited.

Location nearby stunning hikes and picturesque scenery. Pub atmosphere adds character, serving as a cozy pitstop for trekkers. Efficient meal service, hitting the spot after a day out.
Signage prominently displayed around the property focuses on restrictions, creating an unwelcoming vibe. The room decor felt outdated and lacked a refreshing touch, making it seem tired. Heating was inconsistent, leaving rooms and common spaces chilly at times, requiring a bit of patience during the cold spell. The bar seating was less than comfortable, not inviting for a long stay. Prices felt a bit steep for the overall experience, despite it being handy for weary travelers.
